Things I think or pray about
Some things that cross my mind when I'm lying awake at night:
What is something special I can do with Ann, a young "ladyboy" who has been struggling.
My cell phone's battery is dead, so no one can call me during the middle of the night. Should I get up, find it and plug it in?
Christmas is coming--we absolutely have to get new Christmas cards up on the Narimon site.
I wonder if Anna could help edit email newsletters for us so we could get them out quicker.
Where can we buy a decent small sound system for community outreach? I don't even know.
What else we can do to involve the nearly 500 people who have signed up for The Well cause on Facebook?
I miss Luke.
With the economic crisis bound to decrease donations, how do we prepare our students for the possibility of funding cuts without freaking them out?
Is Ging really sincere hearted like I think she is, or is she just playing a really smart game with us?
I need to email Joe about the 3 women that want to visit one day the week after next, when we won't be around.
Will Rolf be willing to accept 2 or 3 guys into his addictions program for 3 months instead of the 1 year he normally requires?
Should we rent a retail location to sell more products in Bangkok, and if so, where?
Will Bpen try to call again tonight, and should I plug in my phone in case she does?
I really need to visit Uthaithani.
I need to remember to ask Sa to look for scholarship funds for the 2 Uthaithani girls asking for help to go to college.
How can we get Onn some higher level Bible/ministry training? Are there really no programs in Thailand for people who haven't finished high school?
I need to call Pear's mom again and remind her another month has passed and she has still not made any loan repayments to The Well.
I need to call about our intermittent Internet service.
Would it help to pray for the Cubs?
I need to write a letter to the U.S. embassy for Prang's visa.
That reminds me--we need to add a note to the email newsletter about to go out about Thom and Prang's upcoming visits to America.
June has been sober for four months already, and doing great!
I need to sit in on Sam's next violin practice, and remind Jaimie to play piano.
I need to write a blog entry.
